Return & Refund Policy

1. Swimwear & Intimate Items

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, underwear, lingerie, or any intimate items.

All swimwear sales are final.

2. Apparel & Accessories (Skirts, Bags, sunglasses, etc.)

We accept returns and exchange on eligible non-intimate items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange: 
• Item must be unused, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the claim and arrange replacement or refund if confirmed.
